Appointments

You can telephone the practice anytime between 08:00 and 18:30 Monday to Friday on 01286 880336.

Patients are requested to call the surgery from 8.00 am onwards, to book an appointment for the same day.These appointments are available in the mornings and afternoons.

We also have prebookable appointments, where appointments will be released for upto four weeks in advance.

Please be aware that if you wish to speak to the doctor or nurse during surgery, the receptionist may ask you to ring back unless it’s urgent. Please also bear in mind it is very difficult for the receptionists to predict a suitable time to ring back.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many conditions and you may be seen more quickly.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
